PWHT on pipeline – Hamedsoft Engineering Group

The Hamedsoft Heat Treatment Projects Division works in conjunction with our Engineering Services Department to deliver a comprehensive service for outages consisting of the following key elements:

Provision of support calculations such as wind age and buckling for heat treatment of vertical vessels and saddle calculations for heat treatment of horizontal vessels.

Provision of heat treatment specifications and work instructions prior to commencing work to all codes and standards.

All necessary safety documentation inclusive of Task Risk Assessments and Safety Method Statements

Project Management and on site supervision of heat treatment services, Execution of heat treatment operations in both electrical and gas techniques, Pre outage site visits to advise on mechanical preparation for heat treatment planning and resource allocation
